Scamorza with radicchio and bacon with Casa Tirelli balsamic vinegar

Radicchio and scamorza in a pan with balsamic vinegar are a marvel, a recipe built simply on the combination of three delights that combine perfectly.

Ingredients (4 people)

1 smoked scamorza

2 heads of Treviso radicchio

8 slices of bacon

1 shallot

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Refined Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation
Peel the shallot and chop it coarsely with a mezzaluna.
