OHH YES YOU WARM MY HEART

We are experiencing a wonderful season. The autumn colors reign supreme, the leaves are falling, the days are getting shorter and the climate is still mild.

I must admit, however, that if it is not yet very cold in the evening for dinner we want warm and comforting dishes and these were the two wonderful pumpkins that we received as a gift, two pumpkins from @lorenzininatura that are not only beautiful but truly delicious.

We immediately used one to make one of our favorite creams combined with our balsamic.

I leave you my recipe so that you too can enjoy a simple, quick but certainly successful dish.

"Cut the leek and leave it to brown in a little oil, salt and pepper. As soon as it is browned, add the strong>pumpkin cut into pieces, and a potato always diced. I leave everything to flavor for several minutes and then pour in some vegetable broth or even just some 'hot water.
